What data we process and why
- Contact form: names, email, phone, event type and date, venues and anything you tell us. We use it to reply to your request and send you the brochure with prices and terms.
- Clients: the data needed to prepare and deliver your film, and the videos we deliver to you.
- Brochure: if you answer from your brochure (book or not), we keep your answer and any comment you leave, to prepare the booking.
- Reviews: name, email, type and month of the celebration, rating and text. We publish the name, rating and text once checked; the email is never published and is only used to verify the review is yours.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form and, if you hire us, the performance of the contract. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months, or earlier if you ask us.
- Clients: as long as the law requires. Films delivered by link are deleted from our servers after one year (we will remind you beforehand).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share data. Only the providers needed to run the website process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare (web hosting, database and Turnstile spam protection).
- Resend (email delivery).
- Google (storage of films on Google Drive).
Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to lukyfilms@outlook.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
