Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern the hiring of the videography services of Juan Antonio San Martín Castillo (Luky Films) and the use of lukyfilms.com. By requesting information, accepting a brochure or hiring a service, you accept these terms together with the specific ones in your brochure and in your agreement with us; if they differ, the latter prevail.
Services
We film and edit video of weddings, communions, pre-communions, baptisms and maternity sessions. We do not cover other kinds of event. We work in Andalusia, mainly in the province of Málaga.
Prices and brochure
Prices on the website are “from” prices and indicative. The price and what your service includes are those in the personal brochure we send you. The brochure is valid for a limited time, stated in the document itself, and does not hold the date on its own.
Booking the date
The date is held once you accept the brochure and pay the deposit stated in it. Until then, the date may be given to another couple or family. We only take one event per day.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change the date or cancel, tell us in writing as soon as possible. We will try to move the date at no cost if we are free. The deadlines and what happens to the deposit in case of cancellation are detailed in the brochure.
On the day of the event
- Coverage is as stated in the brochure for the service you have chosen.
- Drone shots are included if flying is possible: they depend on the weather (rain, wind), local rules and the venue’s permission.
- You choose the music for your film. We edit it in; the licence to use that music when publishing on social media or platforms is the responsibility of whoever publishes it.
- We ask for your cooperation with schedules and with the other suppliers (photographer, organisers, venue) so we can work without interference.
Delivery of your film
We deliver the film digitally, through a private link, and on a USB stick in a box, depending on the service hired. The download link is kept for one year from delivery; we will remind you before it expires. We recommend downloading the film and keeping your own copy. Delivery may be held back until the agreed total has been paid.
Travel
Travel is included within the province of Málaga. Outside it, the round trip is charged according to the kilometres and the fuel price at the time, and we tell you before you hire us.
Copyright and use of the images
The film is a work by Luky Films, which keeps its copyright. We grant you personal and family use, with no time limit, to watch it, share it with your circle and keep it. Any commercial use requires our permission. We only publish excerpts on the website or social media with the permission of the people who appear in them, and always take special care with minors; you can ask us to remove a video by writing to lukyfilms@outlook.es.
Unforeseen events and force majeure
If, because of illness, accident or another serious cause, the person assigned cannot attend, we will assign someone else from the team with the same quality. If we cannot provide the service because of force majeure, we will refund what you paid for whatever could not be carried out. We are not liable for delays or changes beyond our control (changes of schedule, venue or issues with other suppliers).
Use of the website
You may use this website to see our work, check availability and request information. It may not be used to send spam, to try to reach private areas or to copy its contents. Private links (brochure and film delivery) are personal: do not share them with anyone who should not see them.
Governing law and contact
